DESCRIPTION: Alb St. Mary’s.
PATTERN: Circle of fuchsia around I.H.S. Grapes and Vine leaves. Ears of Wheat.
STITCHES AND TECHNIQUES: Outline is mainly Tambour, Pearl edging. A circle of fuchsia around I.H.S. Filling stitches done in needlerun. Heavy darn; Cobweb; Light darn.
FIBRE: Belfast Altar Linen. Silk net. Has been starched.
SIZE: Circumference 228 cm x 77 cm drop.
COMMENTS: Alb has been starched. A few repairs and a few holes. The net has gone quite thin.
